A commercial cleaning products firm, Magnus Chemical, is taking a new distribution building in Frisco.
Magnus Chemical is leasing space in The Star Commerce Center II, a Frisco business park building developed by Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones’ Blue Star Land and Lincoln Property Co.
Magnus Chemical provides specialty cleaning products for foodservice equipment, hand care and full-service cleaning and sanitizing for clients including foodservice firms and convenience store chains.
Its customers include 7-Eleven, Arby’s, Cicis Pizza and Wingstop.
Magnus Chemical is currently located in Irving.
“Magnus Chemical’s relocation will provide the company with a larger, brand new facility for consolidation and distribution of all products to help service our customers more effectively and efficiently,” Eric Montes, Managing Partner at Magnus Chemical., said in a statement. “We’re looking forward to expanding into the vibrant Frisco area, which will allow the company to continue meeting the increasing demand for cleaning and sanitizer solutions well into the future.”
The company leased more than 44,000 square feet at 16005 Gateway Drive in the Star Commerce Center. A retail location will be located in the building between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road.
Stream Realty Partners handled the lease.
